Cannot use race reroll on toon.

Just recently bought the 75$ pack on neverwinter X1 and I can't use the race reroll. Im disappointed right now. Please someone help me.

    Well this is false advertising then. I bought a product thinking I was going to get items. I have 3 of the dragon artifacts and I was expecting to be able to reroll to dragonborn for the 20% damage bonus.

    It has been fixed for a long time. To use it, highlight the character you want to change in the character select window, Select options ( I think it's Y, but I'm not in game) one of the choices will be change race.

    Power down your xbox one. Unplug it from the back and immediately plug it back in. Your race reroll should work after turning the game back on. Doing this once in a while also helps lag. Please let me know if this helps. Tc and gl
