Domination matches can easily run 30 minutes to well over an hour. How about giving each side one pause/timeout (60 sec or something)... To go pee, to take some non-pewpewpew breaths, to let your hand un-numb itself, for delivery man at door, a phone call, to discuss strategy (use in most sports).
Not sure how a timeout should work. Only party leader can call it? Err umm... could be hit or miss there with pugmades. Maybe each side starts with 1 timeout and gets a 2nd one if the match goes over 30 minutes?
Details are beside the point of this poll which is simple - Domination Timeout, Yes, No, or maybe (meaning it depends on details of how instituted).

Classes shouldn't be able to in PvP::
1.) Queue in match with a total Item level if 1900 and there are 2.3k 3k or 3.4k or wtf ever... it's stupid and should be moderated for a higher end game PvP arena. you wont let 60s jump in a queue with the 70's PvP. sooo, why not with the 70's that aren't really 70's when compared to a level 70 with 4k Item level. Let that type of PvP with High gear score be in a different queue= More issues fixed than issues created. It's not motivation to buy gear or buy upgrades when it's still gonna make someone else pissed off because you can sit through his DPS. Not fair at all... Maybe level 70 chars shouldn't be able to Queue anymore for PvP. Maybe they need their own zone, a free roam zone with maybe some daily action going on for PvP reputation elsewhere.
2.) For a player to repeatedly stun/root/daze/CC without any penalties to the CC itself. if a player has an 8 second stun, and stuns you, waits the 8 seconds to stun again... Guess what, you're still stunned for 8 seconds. rather than being immune to the stun or at least dumb down the length by 1/2 per attempt to stun. if the stun is 8 seconds long and only landed once, there should be a specific time to stun again, like 16 seconds to be able to stun the full 8 seconds again.
3.) There should be NO Permanent anything... Period. That's f*cking stupid. for any game. No Perma Stealth build, you can't fight what you can't see. so why PvP? you can't target HAMSTER... just sit there and take it in the pooper.
4.) There shouldn't be full gains from certain skills I.E. Astral shield in PvP. I can take 0. damage all day as long as my Astral shield is up, personally, that's f*cking stupid. Dumb it down 50% or something, Good god... My DC isn't even built for PvP and I can take 0 damage from all targets while in radial protection. But in Epic dungeons, I take massive damage while in radial protection.. I don't get it..
5.) ...The list goes on and you should get my point.
There lies no motivation to buys stuff in this game. Not everyone is going to buy to upgrade their equipment just to find out that someone else has less skill and more money.
That's literally all they'd have to do... for one problem... lol there are about 100 more problems to fix now.
Timeouts would be very annoying in short matches - I think the best compromise would be to have a single timeout become available once a match exceeds 30 min but not before that.

Your hand hurts because this is an action-combat system and Domination doesn't match the requirements. Instead of action-based and fast-paced, it's a stall-match. The glory cap at 15 minutes indicates the original system was not designed around such lengths.

+1 Yes 100% agree.
The reason matches run so long include immortal DC and Pal and other broken mechanics.
Match should run 15-20 minutes tops - most points at time limit (or first overtime lead) wins. Love it.
