Im currently using storm spell and EOS CW class features

Im thinking after the nerf to SS it might be better to use chilling presence.

Im using the thaum feat line but also have icy veins which helps with the freezing.

What do you think?

    I use chilling presence and storm spell. I have a 58.5% crit chance though....

    I have tried every combination of the three:
    Chilling Presence

    Storm Spell

    Eye of the Storm

    didn't see alot of dps difference but I have stuck with:

    Chilling Presence

    Storm Spell

    although I hate to agree with Tomidius :);):)
