All my bonus exp gone

I had over 400k bonus experience, which is little when you need over a million for overflow reward. Anyway its all gone now, only 1k bonus exp after invoking. Why can't we have nice things?

    Because it was clearly stated in the patch notes that invoking bonus exp would set your bonus XP to the stated amount, rather than add to it as was previously done.
    o All XP Boosts given by Invocation now SET the bonus to the amount instead of adding it.
    o All existing XP boosts that did give 25% bonus now gives 100% bonus XP

    I had about a mill bonus exp and mine all went as well did not expect it to delete all other saved exp instead of just making the invoke portion of it reset hardly fair to expect everyone to use their saved exp before invoking again.

    Also what happened to our Glory boosters that got erased a few patches back?

    The question was "Why". Clearly, he's aware that this was changed, telling him it's changed because they changed it is probably not the explanation desired.

    A community manager (or someone of similar caliber) said that they would raise the issue with Cryptic... That was just shortly after the issue was remarked on in the forums (i.e. several weeks ago). Not a word on it since. I don't PVP so it doesn't actually affect me but that a company would remove active boosters from players at the same as those boosters become available in the Zen store bothers me greatly.
    Really, why should I even bother with any kind of boosters in this game, Cryptic does not seem to care about getting any kind of trust or appreciation (=money) from their players, nor do they seem interested in acknowledging it when they take things away from their already poor players. If they even just started to communicate with the community about why they make these decisions and/or admit that mistakes have been made and are going to be fixed, they could gain a lot more than they'd lose. At this point, they don't have all that much to lose anyway.
