annoying players

don't know where to report this.
What is it with people like <Name removed> standing on top of a npc that you need for a quest and cant target.
<Name removed> is standing on top of Jess Eastwalker in the chasm. I cant not proceed.

Please refrain from publicly calling out other players for any sort of bad behavior.

    press m to open the map and then hit the button that says change instance. Whoever it is is probably just afk rather being deliberately obstructive.

    If you need to interact with something that someone is blocking, look up at an angle and you should be able to see the option to interact.
