Disconnect when joining PvP game

if queue teleports you to instance while you are changing maps you get disconnected, are unable to return to game and get leaver penalty
it used to work that you 1st finish changing maps and then get instantly moved to PvP map, now u get disconnect instead, somebody forked smth up

Had this trouble on my DC whilst trying to enter the Protector's Speech skirmish - got DC'd, rejoined the game, only to get booted from the skirmish map. Then, when I tried to enter another skirmish, I got DC'd again, and when I rejoined the game was again booted from the skirmish map. (The second time I was definitely not trying to go to another map.)
