How come settings do not get saved?

Every time I play this game I have to go into the options and click on safe mode and then click on save so it doesn't crash on start up. Why isn't it saved when i click "save"?

Same thing with the graphics, I have to adjust the settings every time I log in to play because the "apply" doesn't save the settings?

Or am I missing something?

    Is it just <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> programming and the devs don't care to fix it cause they're to busy with the cash shop?

    Just curious since I'm new and can't find a permanent fix for the settings not being saved.
