DC Healer build needed

Hello there

As the title says, i would love some input on DC Healer builds.

I Started playing Neverwinter some 10 days ago, and after reaching level 70, i think it's time to get a decent build so i can heal in dungeons.

I would very much like both power and feats setups (screenshots) with rotations - and please keep in mind that im new so im not into all the short terms yet

Also i would like to know what gear stats that i need the most, power, crit or both? max hp?

I hope some of you is able to help me out here.

Question: what powers do you use with Divinity and Empowered?
