[Apex] Recruiting 60+ Daily PVE Players

<Apex> is an end-game oriented guild founded on the ideals of dedicated, like-minded individuals to overcome fresh challenges, strive for self-improvement and test the limits of our capabilities. We're primarily hardcore progressive PVE, although some of our members PVP on occasion.
We're currently recruiting 60+ active individuals of all classes. There are tons of casual, half-active leveling guilds oriented specifically for those people that can only play every once in awhile -- we're not one of them. We'd prefer a smaller guild of skilled daily players to a larger guild with no one on. Our players range from days and afternoons with our EU players, to CST late evenings and we have the occasional all-night insomniac.
There's no gear score requirement for prospective members. Having high-end gear can demonstrate a level of game commitment, but by no means do we feel that it directly equates to high skill. However, we do look for those with environmental awareness, a general knowledge of the class they play or the willingness to learn it, and the drive to improve. If you're not 100% finished with your campaign, we'd at least expect you to be working towards it.
All of that aside, our members tend to be friendly, generous and enjoy joking around with each other. We use the Line App for general banter, announcements and a lfg substitute, although we'd highly recommend you mute notifications when you want to sleep. We don't need to know your age, but we ask that you're old enough to ensure we're not corrupting you. There's generally something going on, from speed-run T2s, to Castle Never and Epic Lair of Lostmauth farming, and Xbox chat parties that we'd love for you to join in on.

== Guild Ranks ==
_TRIAL_: The trial period lasts anywhere from one day to a maximum of one week. This not only provides the opportunity to show off your skills and interest, but to socialize and get to know other members better. If you're talented, experienced and polished, this is your time to boast those qualities. If you're undergeared and learning, this is the chance to catch up and match your potential.
_INACTIVE_: Nobody enjoys a guild with pages upon pages of offline members. The vast majority of our players are online daily and we love it that way. At the end of the week, if you haven't been playing, you'll be placed at an inactive status. You'll receive an xbox message informing you, and if you respond in three days and start playing again, we'll be sure to return you to your rank! If by chance you get kicked and later are interested in returning, any officer can rejoin you to the guild. People go on vacation or emergencies come up. If by chance that occurs, feel free to shoot us a message so that we're also aware.
_ALT_: There's a general policy of one 60+ alt and one main for each account. If you'd like another alt in the guild, there can be exceptions if they amount to at least one third of your play time.
_MEMBER_: Members are the core of our guild. They're on often, they actively participate, and they're willing to get in the mix and communicate with other guildmates.
_VETERAN_: Veterans have been with the guild for at least a month. They've demonstrated their high activity levels and overall dedication to the guild as a whole, through helpfulness, class knowledge and loyalty. In addition, veterans need to have completed at least 100% of their campaign and maintain a 13k gs minimum to match the dungeon requirements.
_ADMINISTRATOR_: This rank denotes those who primarily assist with administrative details, such as special events, checking inactivity and logs, recruiting and general organization.
_GUILD LEADER_: This rank does everything administrators do, plus some. Their primary role is to grease the gears and likely spend a ton of money doing it.

>> In guild runs, we generally NEED on all shards, belts, rings, necks, marks, refinement items, etc. We generally GREED on all epic class-specific items, as these can generally be valuable and they allow everyone a share of the loot. Ninja-looting isn't cool. Don't do it.
>> In runs with pick up members, these rules can vary based upon the current party.
>> Loot-and-booting sucks. We're not a loot and boot guild and never will be. There's a very low tolerance for members kicking for fun or loot, so please don't partake in it.
>> If you need a particular run, ask around, but also please be patient. Occasionally people may be caught up in real life or other things, but the majority of the guild is exceptionally helpful and generous in their time.
>> In runs with pick up members, these rules can vary based upon the current party.
