Quick tip to avoid spammers and scammers!

Unfortunately we have all ran into spammers and scammers. Reporting them to either Neverwinter or to Xbox will hopefully help but while we wait for the powers to be to address them, there is something we can do on our own to avoid these people and make our gaming experience more enjoyable.

When you come across a spammer or scammer simply highlight their name and view their Xbox user profile. You can then choose to block them. Once you do this log out of Neverwinter then back in and their messages and spam (including that in the chat window) will be blocked.

    Yeah at least this is a way to get rid of the spammers but honestly you need to block half of the interwebz to get the chat slow down.

    We need an option to filter the chat.

    good luck with that. it is like that on pc since closed beta and nothing has changed. so you learn to live with it.

    Filtering chat is hard... Soon as you get a way to do it they will change their spam to go around it. Innovative little butts they are
