Disconnection from PvP needs to be looked at

What do we need to do to get the dev's attention to this? Whenever a player gets disconnecting in a PvP match, no matter what, that person will get kicked from the match, resulting in a 30 minute penalty, a lost, and frustration for that whole team.
Come on guys, what are you doing? If your goal is to drive away players, you're doing a very good job. I've been playing since beta, have always enjoyed playing this game and supporting it. I don't usually complain about much, I usually try to see the positive sides of changes/nerfs you guys do, but this change to kick players upon reconnecting to a match is not on.
Please just take a look, and just change it back to the way it was. It seriously can't be that hard to do something right and keep your player base staying in this game.
