Dougan is bugged and doesn't sell anymore...

As in the discription... Dougan Hammerfist, the quest vendor in trade of blades does not give me the option to buy stuff from him.

    Is that the event vendor? if it is then people were saying that one of the rewards was broken and was giving nothing when opened so maybe they removed him until they fix it? if so maybe he will be back next Thursday.
