1. You can't scroll through all of your achievements, ever, no matter what options you pick. The more achievements you get, the worse this gets as more and more categories appear. This makes it very hard to check progress of slayer achievements for titles and such. The list grows but the bar I use to scroll stays huge and it never lets me move all the way down the page.
2. Many quests don't count as finished for achievements even after you turn them in. The one where you change the names of headstones in Neverdeath Graveyard sticks out because it denied me the title "Protector of the Living". This happened to me again in Ebon Downs and now after doing the Pirate King Dungeon 4 times I still don't have credit for finishing it.
3. Companions and Npcs go completely HAMSTER all over Icespire Peak during combat. Companions often won't fight goblins or will attempt to attack them but then stand there and go passive. Trolls will often do this with companions and players as well. The companion will be wailing on a passive troll and you can range bomb the mob down until its dead. Seems to be an issue of size difference when fighting on the snow.
4. There is no apparent way to tell your companion to "come here" or "attack that target" and they don't always use the best judgement on how to handle things.
5. Helm's Hold map is a sick joke. The borders of where you should and should not travel and where your character actually needs to go don't line up at all on the main map or the mini-map. This makes traversing the map difficult for first time players, and annoying for people who have played it before.
6. The fact that one person is assigned leader in a random dungeon queue should be a bug. A vote should be required to kick people, as their is no guarantee that the leader won't be the person that needs to be kicked. I have been lucky enough to have never been kicked from a group just as last boss dies but it has happened.
