Master ToS dungeon and HAMSTER drop rate of rings

So, does any other player thinks that drop rate of rings in Master ToS dng is HAMSTER, or it is just me????
Also, WTF we need items from mToS chest that we can get by killing lvl1 add in lvl1 zone????
Questions for Cryptic Developers:
How many times we have to finish mToS to get items we need, few million times?
Why do dps get tank rings, and tank get dps rings?

    On this topic, I got my DC healer to over 75k IL and can now unlock it, but the pug queue is always dead, I think everyone doing it is in a mToS chat channel somewhere, does anyone know the chat address pls if it's an open channel that is. I know there's one for 'completed', but I just want to find a way to get in there in the first place. Thx.
