Chaotic neutral is a lvl5 guild soon to b lvl6. We r an active guild with an alliance with 10 other guilds. Our requirements r that u donate influence daily and ur main char b over lvl50. We do the dragon event everyday with all the guilds at 2:30,4:30 and 6:30. Thoughs r not required but give u good rewards. Our top players help teach everyone about the game.
