Audio Options, Output Device: Unknown?

I have no sound when I start Neverwinter. In the audio Options, Output Device says Unknown. This problem started when I was playing and received a phone call, I opened my audio mixer and muted Neverwinter, so I could play and talk. I ended up having to leave so I exited the game while it was still muted. From this point on, the Neverwinter slider no longer appears in my audio mixer and in the game's audio options, output device says unknown. I have looked this up online and cannot find a fix, pls help. I am using Windows 7 Pro and Realtek HD Audio.
