Balancing of cards and equipment

Is there talks about balancing the existing cards? How about the equipment?

There are sever cards and items that need to be adjusted to be viable for any builds.

A card example is Crusader of Ordric. While the information on the card sounds good at first:

"Crusader of Ordric gains +1/+1 for every other creature you control."

The DPS and Health doesn't scale very well against other cards, such as the Galewing Griffin or Lightpiercer Angle. It has the same stats as the Benalish Archers: DPS:265 Health:9,653 at level 5.

Here is an example of Equipment:

Both +25 and the +50 are extremely low.
