Unable to buy spell pages

Since last week prob due to me being maxed out on nearly everything, have not been able to buy spell pages, all it says is failed in nice red letters. any and all pages, even the ones I have not bothered to increase.

    This is a known issue that the devs are actively investigating. The bug seems to trigger upon reaching rank 10 aetheric core.
