If you have three classes unlocked but only two decks check to see if you can copy one of your others. Every class unlock should give you a deck slot too.

No worries. Glad it helped.
I would like for them to change the numbers shown for "max" amount since to me it is misleading. When I see 8/8, that tells me that I only have eight loadouts max. But, as mentioned here, you can copy deck and see if you have more you can create.
In my case, I was able to go to 10 and didn't know until I did what was stated above.

Normally you'd only have one slot more than the amount of classes you have unlocked, so I'm assuming you've bought a couple extra and the numbers just didn't reflect that. Otherwise, you've discovered an exploit?

I did buy a few extra slots.
I feel like I bought four but it shows three.
I believe you get one slot per Class now. I have all seven classes. I have a total of 10 loadouts. So, either I got cut a loadout with all of the changes or I used 500 Zen for something else.
You start with 2 slots, so with all 7 classes, you'd normally end up with 8.
