Defeat "Khalia" and Defeat "Uthras" dailies

Based on both the April 1st patch notes and past experience, both of these dailies should be completable through world boss encounters.

I've actually never seen the Echo of Tolaria count for the defeat "Uthras" daily and while it's worked in the past, today I beat the Tolaria world boss twice and neither time did it count for defeat "Khalia".
