Broker not fluxuating prices suply/demand

The broker is no longer fluxuating prices based on suply and demand. Some spells that are sold out have low sell value. Since the broker stop fluxuating item prices, you can no longer buy cash shop items or hard to get spells from him. No one is selling their stock.
It is stated that he will fluxuate prices based on supply and demand. Everyone is holding product spells and cash shop items, because ethe broker is not oftering us a good deal for them (or any deal for them).
If we can't turn a profit from selling to him we won't sell to him. That's how auction house works.
Items sitting on 0 stock should have their sell to broker price increased untill people fill up his stocks. Seeing some spells with 0 stock and the broker is offering less money to sellers than spells with 100k stock is completely broken.
We were promised supply and demand broker.

P.S. Yes people are adding gold to the game using the broker but if it is an npc buying and selling this will always happen. In a normal AH gold is not created because it is changing hands from one player to another, but this will never happen with an npc.
