Less mana Resurrection

It seems like every other time I die in this game, I'm getting a bug that is causing my mana to only regenerate when I hit things, not passively while in combat. Getting really irritating having to force myself to die again just to get this game playing (and unfortunately losing out on the elite and legendary mobs that spawned while I was neutered ).
