Planar mana cap time extended

Yesterday, the timer before the cap resets showed that it would reset today afternoon (4 pm exactly). Today, it's 6:40 pm, and when I connected to the game, it says that it resets in 22h. Why did it extend like that? I expected to be able to farm some planar mana today, but I guess I will have to wait more...
