Bug: Raid on School of Artifice instance uncompletable in group?

Finished most of the mission in a group, one group member locked into central area, rest of group locked out of that area, quest objectives listed as "memory lock 1/2/3 recharging". Following yellow map markers can't be reached because of map boundaries.
