Sanctum quest still BUGGED, cannot progress 'Your Realm', no upgrades show up

I cannot continue the Sanctum quest where I need to interact with TAL, he still only has 2 dialogue options and doesn't let me progress the quest.

If I go to my realm, and interact with the core or other upgrade terminals, none of them have any upgrades available for me and this is completing blocking my progression in the game because I cannot acquire any of the lunar currency things to progress further.

Same here, cannot even access any other terminals in my realm, and i dont know why my aether core is level 3 but i upgraded only once ma aether core
