Ral tarrk quest stuck at mission-1

Hi,

First of all thx for the wonderful work on this game! Played the alpha and i see huge improvement. But currently i think i have a little bug Ral tarek show that he have a grey exclamation point. Meaning that I have a quest to complete.(mission-1) but nothing anywhere on any map and ive already started doing quest in the shiv zone and other zone. Wanted to share the information will post screen shot tomorrow

Ral never accept the mission when talked to to complete and proceed to the next step :(

Still unable to interact with Ral other then farewell and is own story so i can't complete my quest :(
