What I think is that...you get a shield because you hit or got hit by your enemy, with your super strength thing you boost your muscles etc which makes you become tougher and can take extra damage.
I think Feral Rage should be nerfed a bit on the buffs and make it just become a normal AO. Just some damage boost for enrage stacks and a chance for bleed should be enough.

Sorry for my English writing skill. These changes are good, but for those who already got justice gear for their tanks this might be a big problem... Re-farming 1500 scr/750gcr and have to take all 12 mods out which took very long and a big resource sink. Can you give us some way to swap them around?
