Warning this worked for me: I restarted the game, and did a force-patch for the client loaded it up and both where cleared. If you don't know hot to do a force-patch you can find it in the Folder where you downloaded the game I believe.

Thank you all so much for the feedback. I really like Raigh's idea about playing off the dimentinal damage with using spirit reverb. The only problem is getting the fear proc. Any ideas that would make sense for a Martial Arts master.

I can speak into this. There are really two options for you when it comes to Earth. If you want to be ranged you need ego or Intel with concentration. If you want melee then I go Stg and Enrage.
