• Adding to the list, subbed up on Sept 24th. 10 days later, account randomly goes silver. A fix for this and Zen compensation would be nice.

• Good to know I'm not the only one :rolleyes: I paid on Sept 24th and my account randomly downgraded just now. Sent in a ticket along with the receipt from Paypal. A fix for this would be nice.
