It seems to be due to how much is going on in a particular encounter...the more shite going on, the less likely it is to register like the code is having difficulty just, existing. Kiga from what I've been told happens most frequently in regards to cosmics. Tako, stacks don't seem to exist at all. Not sure why they decided…
