This problem (bug) it's already solved on BTS, as some players confirm. I don't know why don't solve now with a specific update.

I think the problem is about "reference" or "difficult value", I mean: I observed that there is a difficult added, depending of player skill level, in reason of the node level and item level found. I have the same problem, too. It's seem to be a failed "trigger", probably at the sequence of spawn enemies. I think we will wait for the next update.
