I'll add in that I'm also experiencing this issue on two different machines; my desktop and my laptop, both upgraded to the 1803 April update. Kinda makes me wonder if Cryptic is going to get this fixed before May 8th, when I assume it's pushed to everyone with Windows 10 Home. Also, support ticket #180503-000202.
