I wish :) I've now spoke with three (I think) different GMs with the same story each time, the can only restore the character and only if I know the name and level.

Please reconsider doing it this way in the future. Or at least if you do be sure to add a big annoying pop-up like you did with the alerts since some of us don't check the forums very often and there is little reason to check in-game mail and dig through all of that socrates spam for the exceptionally rare important mail.…
