Bug When you kill Qular fire bugs or enemies that disappears inmediately after they die, the fire patch dissapears.

Thank you @flowcyto, I've tested the build on PTS and it really enhances the damage and the aggro generation. Could I use something different from Masterful Dodge for the defense??

HTML: Bug When you rank up Dragon Kick the sphere attack effect stops working, the tooltip of the power marks a sphere of 0ft for Rank2, for Rank3 the tooltip marks sphere of 10ft but it's not working when attacking mobs, also in Rank2 and Rank3 it's not applying the Stun debuff This is the tooltip in Rank2:

Thank you for this build @flowcyto :), it uses some powers that are uncommon and some others I didn't knew the utility for, also, it is quite fun to play with, it's the next character I will level up for sure.
