I have to agree with Mensar on this. Generally I support your business model. But in all fairness you (Cryptic/PWE) sold people something and then took what you sold away. I'm all for balancing game mechanics but that is pretty major screwage. It also sends the message that we can't trust making a purchase in the Z store…

I don't think people are doing it for the gear reward. They're doing it for the chance of a Champ device or the fight itself. I ran it on test several times and managed to score a perma Kinetic and a temp defender while only coming in on the middle of the score list.
