So, after visiting this thread again, it looks like the general consensus is that Dodge is still one of the best things to invest in as a PFF Tank. Are there any viable ways to not invest in dodge and still be a decent PFF Tank? I ask because PFF is the most appealing Defense Passive to me, thematically, but at the same…
