• I reset the network connection and not sure what the hold up is. Maybe I'm am one of the unlucky few dealing with this. I've sent a ticket earlier this morning and hope it gets resolved soon.

• As of 11 AM eastern time, I am currently having an login timed out issue as well. This is the first time I've experienced this problem. I've done the tracert operation and shows its timed out on the 9th row. My location is Florida, USA.
