Bye. How did they fail to plan? Specifically, please. What so many players fail to understand is that hardware fails. There's no way to foresee it, there's little to do to plan for it, you just deal with it as it happens. It is impractical, expensive, and dumb as hell to try to stock up on "spares" for hardware.
