My aacount was paid on April 1, 2013. After the maintenance today, I tried logging on and my account has been converted to Silver for some strange reason. I sent a ticket out and even try contacting PWE support but nothing. Whatever is going on needs to be fixed ASAP. That's $15 dollars gone down the drain if nothing is…
