Well trauma just does to much IMO. It shouldn't remove HoT effects. That is like 1/3 of the heals in the game nullified. It also shouldn't be at 50%. A power that removed 50% of your defense or damage wouldn't be fair, so why is ok with heals? But again this is mostly a PvP issue, as most bosses are just large life pools…

Well if they would increase the level cap, it would sort of alleviate this problem. Its getting harder and harder to increase the cap as they keep increasing gear power level. To my knowledge, it increases the Celestial tree skills. More health makes for a bigger palliate heal. It also helps alleviate some of the burden of Iniquity. Other than that, it might not have any function outside a heal. I will have to do some research though.

Well honestly you can ALMOST never have to much con because it scales linear with health, and has hard cap in that aspect. You can also use CON offensively in the darkness/celestial trees with the energy unlock and imbue.
