  • Same happened to me with STO a year and 2 months ago while I was happily PAYING for my sub. Asked for help from Cryptic, got none. Said I didn't want to unsub, still no help was offered. Fellow posters in the tech support forum tried to assist me, and Storm Shade responded to my 2nd "help me" thread about a year ago. Still…
