Well scenario A it would apply the lesser hate buff to all enemies, scenario B it might apply the greater hate buff to the enemy you currently have targeted? I'm a little confused by Challenge and the the whole Primary/Secondary target thing. Does it just mean single target vs AE or if i use an AE with an enemy targeted is it a Primary Target?

Wow, just got the bad news, they responded to my petition and they aren't going to give me a respec. I wonder if they leave bugs like this in to make more money off of selling re-specs? They did suggest i just buy one from the z-store, so hey why fix a bug that you can make money off of i guess.
