My disappointment is that these are per-character. Like other costume unlocks we buy with real world money, they should be per-account. This is just under five bucks, people, for a costume 'trick', and it's not an account-wide unlock?

Started about a half hour ago, has been variously unable to update the client, reach the account server, or reach the login server, depending on attempts to do anything. Incidentally, ALSO not able to download Neverwinter torrent, which incites me to suspect we have a stupid network issue again... but not on my end.
