This. The sounds also carry over while inside the tailor. The sounds can be heard a little ways outside of the character render range as well. It has become a nuisance in close quarter locations like Caprice when you hear nothing but rain louder than any other game ambiance.

How about we also have separate items from leg accessories from utility items like guns, holsters, lasso, swords, etc. Many of my costumes can't really work when both legs required armor and I cannot apply to both because I would like to have a sword on the hip too.

Which as we've seen works. Long as ideas come, it'll help expand the game. Everything takes time and patience. Those who are patient will be rewarded soon enough. When we see devs show interest in ideas the community have is them showing they care for their players and their business.

I second this. I have gone out of the way several times when I am in the PH or in MC and notice a clone roaming around to PM them if they are aware of the TOS about making costumes, 99% of the time they don't even know what a TOS is.

I have only unlocked half of it, maybe less than that. I only grabbed what I thought I would see myself using at the time to make costumes. If I have a time where I am making a look and think "X piece from Y set from the Mechanon missions would do nicely with this", I'll go farm tokens again and get those parts.
