That is correct. I did have them both. Sparkstorm helped keep the Electrical theme during the fight. It might not be energy efficient but it was fun to play.

I am still having an issue trying to log onto not only Champions Online, but Star Trek Online and the Neverwinter Beta. I am extremely disappointed that this problem still persists.
