  • PWE have finally acknowledged there is a problem over at STO. They are advising people to use MasterCard or PayPal for subs.

  • My STO account just went inactive with 0 days subbed. Have PayPal receipt and bank statements showing payments made. This is a joke. P.S. just went back to active, what is up with their system?

  • Hopefully it has worked then as I have a receipt from PayPal stating that payment has been sent to Cryptic and I noticed my billing date changed from 22 June to 22 July. Just have to wait and see.

  • I used PayPal after all of these problems, and PayPal worked and it uses the exact same details as what I was using on the PWE account. On my ticket, I sent a copy of the receipt from PayPal and requested confirmation from PWE that they had received the payment from PayPal. Will wait and see if I get a response.
