• Ok as it has been a few days and I can't find anyone who has said they have gotten the Victory Boots as a reward from Red Winter. One has to ask if something is wrong with the "drop chance" for them. It only took me an hour or two to get the Victory Emblem, and I could do that doing missions not the same alert we have…
