Thanks, I found it. But all is moot... inventory is goofed. Almost everything (Veteran Rewards - vehicle, etc) is broken. Double-clicking and getting a "can;t use this item" or soothing. Thanks anyway. (I'll just do an in-game ticket, I guess)

Oh, and I forgot to mention: It states "Acquired Mission: Anniversary Present" - but no objectives or goals appear in my mission tracker in the upper right, etc. So basically, nothing changes. I'm just not sure what I'm supposed to do at this point (the NPC says come back tomorrow).
