Those pics seem to fall in line with past costume sets in that it does reuse the same parts to demonstrate multiple looks. I don't think even if they made everything in those pics it would be two times a regular costume set.
Everything Spordelia created and submitted into the player concept to game creation contest, that for some reason didn't win. (That is not to say I am unappreciative of what did win)
IMO, it's a style that we lack in CO. May not be everyone's opinion but as for what I'd like to see...this covers it.

While I'm super-stoked that the scientist lab coat highly reminiscent of the traditional "mad scientist" look is finally out, I kinda wish it had actual patterns to it.
Also, animated back pieces would be neat. Like, if the robo-waldos on the gadgeteer back pieces moved in small ways and whatnot.
- A "feral" face both male and female versions of course. We have animal heads. But that isn't what I am wanting. I'd like to see a face that is mostly human with some animal. Possibly like this:
An insect set -- we have heads and wings, but not the rest. Obvious parts are:
Large composite eyes.
Pincer Hands.
Praying Mantis Hands (might be difficult to animate properly).
Beetle tail (hard, shiny, no stinger; limited animation)
Scorpion tail (probably animates like a normal tail)
Wasp/Bee tail (probably comes in furry and not; also suitable for spiders)
Retractable Insect Wings (wings that only pop out in flight; may need to be a flight power. Actually, a general way of linking back pieces to flight would be extremely popular).
- New hair styles for both men and women
- A few styles of shoulder pads that have optional arm accessories that connect them
- Shields! I would love for there to be a decorative shield costume piece type, perhaps as a bracer

The new Gold Subscriber reward (glass slippers) is for females only. This seems like a huge thing to overlook! I suggest adding a plain beard for males to compensate for the imbalance. Or a whole set of beards to the C-store!

True. Marvel's Ares, Hercules, Wolverine, and so on (I'm fairly positive) do not shave their armpits/legs like all the men in-game are made to. Especially odd given that hair on chests and arms are an option. Those are okay, yet the rest were either forgotten or deemed bad.
I'd like to see more options for the skin decorations (*Tattoos, tiger stripes, serpent scales*), right now we don't have a t-shirt that works with the animal skins. The options for using the skin decorations with the jackets is also limited to being naked (We're just missing the trench coat with watches on the inside) or not using them, which creates inconsistencies with outfits.
We can build a set out of this. Krieger's beard, Archer's tactical turtleneck, Lana's shoulder holsters, Malory's... gin and tonic glass?

I would love to see an emote set with props. Like talking on a cell phone, or having a martini or holo-designing an item all with props or effects. Something like a "Civilian Life Emote Pack". You could do other packs as well for things like military with stuff like sharpening a knife or cleaning a gun, or magic user mixing a potion or consulting a spell book. This, I would love!

That is an interesting face, and I have unlocked it. However, it isn't what I am looking for. It is a little too "evil" looking (for lack of a better word).
I'd like something more slightly animal human face, than evil almost werewolf face. If that makes any sense.
Not only that, but part of what I am asking for is a face with no ears so that animal ears can be added to the head and not require hair to cover the human ears.
For instance, we have Rabbit ears we can use, but can't use them without something covering the human ears. That feral face wouldn't make a good human / rabbit face hybrid, the face I linked would. (And Captain Carrot is a legitimate part of the DC Universe, just saying.)
Or any other animal hybrid type character. It seems like a no brainer since CO lore includes the manimals. The manimals are more animal looking than man, it just seems like a character waiting to be made that is more man than animal.
Just need the right face with no human ears attached.

I'd like to request more basic patterns for capes. Now, the issue I have currently is when I want to make a character with a cape, with a tricolour pattern where (for example) red and blue are properly separated by a third colour. There are no patterns like the following in-game, despite there being both torso and leg patterns that allow this:
As an aside, I'd at least like to recommend flag capes again. If the MMO Rappelz can offer flag themed cloaks to their player base via their in-game store, then why can't Champions?
How about all those weapons hidden in the game? Clockwheel pistols, more flintlocks, alien organic heavy weapon, all the other assault rifles. So many things that are right there, just no one bothered to make them tied to a costume and make them drop in game.
You can't deny that this won't take more than minutes to make it happen.

Female Beast Legs with medium skirts. (surely - can do it with magical girl skirt, but it needed to be added in this list.)
And last... Horns style.
Dolphin style tail.
Bunny Paws.
Non-Sabertooth cat head.
Flaming Sword especially for Heavy.
1) Wasp-like Insect Wings. That is, two wings that make the ^ shape when resting.

A backless top that has a strap around the neck. With sleeved and sleeveless options.
Animal print options for tights.
