So I've read the entire thread... saw people asking the question about "where is the NPC' giving away the shuttle. No answer...
Is it obvious? Or is he missing again (as of this writing) - because I just went into game with four of my countless characters, talked to the NPC at the stairs near the center circle area. The "mission objective" was something like "Anniversary Present" - the description is "Enjoy the Anniversary Celebration"
Okay, hurray.
I ACCEPT.
Nothing happens.
So how do I actually claim this Shuttle? (I've searched and I'm not seeing any other NPC giving away anything, other than Witchcraft giving away XP boosters.
Oh, and I forgot to mention: It states "Acquired Mission: Anniversary Present" - but no objectives or goals appear in my mission tracker in the upper right, etc. So basically, nothing changes.
I'm just not sure what I'm supposed to do at this point (the NPC says come back tomorrow).

You got your daily Anniversary Present. That is/was your mission.
You come back tomorrow. It's a daily mission.
And that's the NPC for the Anniversary.

Thanks, I found it. But all is moot... inventory is goofed. Almost everything (Veteran Rewards - vehicle, etc) is broken. Double-clicking and getting a "can;t use this item" or soothing. Thanks anyway.
To complete the Anniversary Present "mission", move the Present to an Item slot, then click on it. This will open it. You now have a gift of some sort (I've got so much Anniversary Cake, I could make a 6-year-old sick), and the "mission" completes.

So I filled in a support ticket about the hideout redeem a code thing last night and I have yet to get a response from them. I just now updated my ticket and am wondering if anyone is going to answer me or not. Anyone else get anything from them?
Seems to be just one person, getting an error with one of the codes - I have this vague recollection that some people experienced similar errors when the codes first came out? Not sure.
There were some problems with the codes when they first came out. I experienced one along with several others that we would get the druidic hideout, but not the cave, or vise verse. A simple ticket fixed the problem within several hours of reporting it. They should be working still. I had a college friend try it out last month who was interested in the game. They got the hideouts just fine along with the title box and free costumes that both codes were working at the time.

Yes, but that was last month. I'm not sure if it's possible the code expired at the end of last month.
I had to "pay" 55L @ to get the parts and the shuttle.
Small dinky price, but the principle of the matter is the thing.
If it aint FREE dont say it IS.

So how much real-world cash did you have to shell out to get that?
You didn't? Okay, how much real-world cash did someone else have to shell out, and you got the Resources from them?
That didn't happen? No cash was involved at any point?
Then it was free.
I thought we hashed all this out in the first couple of days.

But that would have caused Interwebs to implode.
And thanks Cryptic, for bringing these "FREE" giveaways back at 26th. So people can continue to complain how they weren't "FREE".
But do the same people thank Cryptic for giving them some pocket money when they create their characters? No way in hell.

My characters
I went ahead to make a alt account to test them. Confirmed the hideout code does not work at this time, but the titles and costumes one does.
